Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, please take care not to pull or snag fabric with jewellery or bags. Avoid abrasive surfaces.

All orders from KIRIAKI are shipped worldwide via FedEx Priority or DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur during transit, which are outside KIRIAKI’s control and for which KIRIAKI cannot be held responsible.

Orders placed during business hours Monday to Friday are dispatched the following business day. Please provide a valid phone number when
placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed through our website.

KIRIAKI does not ship to P.O. Boxes, as most deliveries require a signature. Certain remote or unsupported locations may be shipped via regular express post, which can take 5–10 business days.

If a package is undeliverable, customers are responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs. To avoid this, please monitor delivery notifications and use the ‘Track My Order’ feature in your confirmation email. KIRIAKI is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or for attempted deliveries.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s regulations and paying any applicable fees to receive their order.



Returns:
KIRIAKI provides store credit only for online purchases. Customers can use the credit to reorder their preferred style, color, or size. Refunds cannot be issued if an item is out of stock.

Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and sanitary stickers intact (for bottoms and one-piece garments).

Important – Alegra Slip Returns:
Garments must remain in original condition, with tags and packaging. Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or with makeup/perfume residues will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, email returns@kiriaki.co to request authorization and download the exchange form. Include the completed form in your return package to receive store credit.

All sale items or purchases using promotional codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are only available for faulty items. Faulty returns must include the original invoice and a description of the fault. KIRIAKI will inspect the item and decide whether to issue a refund or repair, keeping the customer informed.

KIRIAKI is not responsible for shipping costs or any loss of items during return transit.
